Thank you for all the time and care you took in listening to our requests and your incredible flexibility in adjusting the menu to suit us perfectly. The rich and creamy risotto and succulent beef tenderloin were to die for and many of our guests raved about the rich dark chocolate dessert. We can honestly say this was the most decadent and delicious dessert we have ever tried. The fresh seafood fry at the end of the night also brought a wonderful Mediterranean flavor to the evening.
