This is my first day back in the office after the party…amazing how the time flies. I am sure you had a very busy work time over the holidays and I hope you were able to find some family time to enjoy.
I know that both Daniel, our President, and I expressed to you many times on the 20th that you and your staff did a great job, but I just want to put it in writing and add how very grateful I am. You and your staff were very attentive in every detail of your service and the food was just amazing. I have never had a catered meal that was so delicious. I truly commend the way you took our suggested “Swiss Menu” and executed it perfectly. I have had many comments from all the staff and not one negative, which is wonderful.
I will definitely be thanking Christine at the Heintzman House for recommending you and will happily recommend you to anyone I know who needs a superb caterer. At any time I would be happy to be a reference for you if you wish.
